INSPIRATION - through meditation

I have recently been exploring deeper Meditations these have had an impact on my work, I am now opening out and using a much wider range of media and colour mix that comes through in the energy enhanced vibrancy of Jansart

 What inspires you? I am often asked this question Everything! Earth, Water, Fire, Metal, Nature, Sound and all living things Empty your mind and let your mediums do the talking. Self expression through art, what do you feel; how you are feeling, many emotions can be transferred to a medium to enable you to express yourself creatively.

I believe everyone should paint at least one picture in their life time, hang it, admire it, and be proud of it.
